Cairns English - course booking

You may book to start and finish on any day of the year. If you let us know the dates you wish to study we will let you know if those dates are available. Or click here to see available dates. We only accept 6 students at a time and the rooms are either for men or women depending on existing bookings.

BOOK BY EMAIL

If you prefer to book by email that is ok too. Please follow the below instructions.

To book with us please send us an email with the following details to enrol@cairnsenglish.com ;

- the date you want to start your course
- how many weeks you wish to study
- your age / gender / nationality
- how you wish to pay (paypal, bank transfer or western union)

When we receive your email we will send you a confirmation showing the details of your booking and the total cost. If you are satisfied with the confirmation and wish to book with us then send us an email confirming your booking. On receipt of your confirmation we will send you an invoice for the whole period.

DO NOT send us any money until we ask you to. You will be sent invoices with your course details and how much to pay. When you receive this invoice you can make a payment to us. We do not require you to pay all your course in advance. We are happy if you pay monthly in advance. If you book a course of 1 month or less you must pay all your course and accommodation in advance. If you have booked a longer course we are happy to accept your payment each month in advance.
