Please check the below tables for availability before booking your preferred dates. The table shows each of the beds seperately, however if a student has booked single accommodation both beds have been blocked out for the one student.

You may book to start and finish on any day of the year. If you let us know the dates you wish to study we will let you know if those dates are available. We only accept 6 students at a time and the rooms are either for men or women depending on existing bookings.To check what rooms are available please select the month you are interested in. The tables show if a room is available or not. If the table is green then the room is available and can be either male or female as we have no bookings for that room as yet. If the room is pink it is booked and the letter 'F' shows female and the letter 'M' shows male bookings. We only share rooms to students of the same gender unless a couple book a double room with us.

If you prefer to book by email that is ok too. Please follow the below instructions.
To book with us please send us an email with the following details to enrol@cairnsenglish.com ;
- the date you want to start your course
- how many weeks you wish to study
- your age / gender / nationality
- how you wish to pay (paypal, bank transfer or western union)
When we receive your email we will send you a confirmation showing the details of your booking and the total cost. If you are satisfied with the confirmation and wish to book with us then send us an email confirming your booking. On receipt of your confirmation we will send you an invoice(s) for each month or part month of your stay. If you are staying for 2 months you will receive 2 invoices.
DO NOT send us any money until we ask you to. You will be sent invoices with your course details and how much to pay. When you receive this invoice you can make a payment to us. We do not require you to pay all your course in advance. We are happy if you pay monthly in advance. If you book a course of 1 month or less you must pay all your course and accommodation in advance. if you have booked a longer course we are happy to accept your payment each month in advance.
